Why do I photograph love?
Because love is the most beautiful thing on Earth and all beautiful things should be seen and treasured. In the world we live in right now, we need to see more beauty and happiness. Things that bring us joy and good feeling.
Because photographs are a key to our memories. In times when everything may feel pointless or we struggle to remember what we have
and things that once brought us joy, or simply because we want to relive those moments, we can open that chest of treasures filled with memories and love letters we once wrote to life and to those whom we love.

For me photos are not just images. They are keepsakes of a shared experience. They are stories of moments we made meaningful. If those moments haven't been authentic and emotional, the photos won't create memories either. Then they are just photos without a story.
For me the story is the foundation of everything. A single image can open an entire world, awaken imagination and create feelings even though you hadn't been there yourself. Photos bring us to some time, place and atmosphere. They help support our memories and create frames for those experiences that our mind completes with the help of images.
My inspiration for the shoot comes from stories. It can also come from some small detail: a keepsake, a dream, a favourite book or movie, maybe from a memory you share with me.

Humor connects us all in some ways, it makes life happier. A good laugh creates a relaxed atmosphere immediately, and this is especially true during a photoshoot. When you're in front of my camera, I want you to feel free to make bad jokes, dad jokes, dirty jokes, knock-knock jokes, hilarious jokes - anything you like. Let's laugh together!

In me, a bohemian adventurer meets a calm organiser. I'm an aesthetic who loves to sing like no one's listening and relax in cosy coffee shops. I love a good laugh, dinner with friends and long walks by the sea.
I live in Helsinki on an island surrounded by the Baltic Sea. For me spending time in the nature is like meditation - it fuels me. I love to travel and learn about new cultures and places, but at the same time I love cosy nights in all snuggled up with a glass of red, some warm woollen socks, some good tunes and most importantly my cat, Miski.
